Bake Sale for Dogs Trust
Thank you to all the children for baking, donations and a special mention to Jenna, Anna, the student council for raising €690 for Dogs Trust. This is an incredible outcome following a really well organised event, thanks to Hilary and Naomi.

SVP Food Appeal
GETNS with the help of our student council are taking part in the St Vincent de Paul Food Appeal this year. All children are asked to bring in a food item by Thursday the 5th of December to help thousands of families this Christmas in Ireland. All items can be dropped to Room 12 upstairs.

Book Fair
The Book Fair continues until Monday 2nd December. It is on the Ground Floor in the classroom beside the staff room. Thank you to all parents who are helping make this possible. The times are as follows:
Thursday 1:05pm – 1:30pm; 2:05pm – 2:30pm
Friday 1:20pm – 1:45pm; 2:20pm – 2:45pm
Monday 1:20pm – 1:45pm; 2:20pm – 2:45pm

Peace Tree Plaque
A member of the Peace Run group will come to the school on Tuesday 3rd December to mount a plaque at the Peace Tree which was planted by last year’s 6th class.

Lost Property
Thanks to Stephanie and Konkoch who took the time to display all of the lost property. Please claim any items that are yours before tomorrow.

Upcoming Events
• Happiness Assembly and monthly RARAs and RAKAs
• 4th, 5th 6th Class will go to St. Marys Secondary School to see their High School Musical on Wednesday 4th December at 11am. This will cost €2 per child. This can be brought in to the class teacher from tomorrow.
