ART DAY:
Art Day seems to be just round the corner with only 16 days to go!! We still need plenty of help on the day to make sure all our stations run as smoothly as possible! So if you haven’t yet signed up, now is the time! If you cannot make it on the day, how about offering some time the previous evening (Thursday 13th June) when we will be setting up the school and getting it ready for the big day!! We need lots of help setting up classrooms, and putting up gazebos. Even an hour of your time will be of great help. Contact us for further details and for times.
Some of the stations have also put in requests for certain materials: old (dismantled) jewellery, interior design magazines and fabric samples, and any Lego you may have around the place. So if you’re clearing out, pass on your unwanted – but usable – items to us and we will make good use of them!
There is also a note being sent home with the children re photos for the day. Please read this carefully and send back ASAP.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Thursday 13th June: SET-UP DAY – help needed to set up the classrooms and stations
Friday 14th June: ART DAY – more volunteers needed throughout the day

Autumn Fair
We will see all current First Class parents/guardians tonight at 8:30pm in Tolka House for our next Autumn Fair meeting!
ECAs: ECAs are winding down for the year and we want to give a huge thank you to all the providers and participants for another great year. This was the last week for most ECAs BUT a few classes are doing make up sessions next week (or even the week after!). If you aren’t sure, please contact your provider directly.
We’re also well into our planning for next year and would love your feedback. Could you please complete this short survey before June 7? https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VRPMPMF
Thanks!
Amanda
