24th January 2019

Dear Parents and Guardians/A Thuismitheoirí agus a Chaomhnóirí,

Are you having a clear out!
A big thank you to all who donated board games, jigsaws and lego this week. We are still looking for more so if you have any of these items please drop them into Sorcha’s Junior Infant class and they will be distributed amongst the classes.

Dogs Trust Talk in GETNS

Charlie from Second Class and his sister Ellen from Senior Infants had an amazing bake sale at the weekend to raise money for Dogs Trust. This has inspired our school to invite Dogs Trust in to give a talk about responsible dog ownership. These talks will be happening at the end of February. Well done to the O’Flaherty family!

GAA Training

Mark McManus from Na Fianna will coach the children in hurling and football skills each Friday over the next couple of months starting with Junior Infants, 2nd, 3rd and 4th classes tomorrow.
