Our 3rd class teacher, David, is heading to Georgia on Saturday to represent Ireland in the Chess Olympics. We wish David great success in this fantastic competition.

Safe and Courteous Driving

We’ve received a email from our neighbours at NSAI about some of our motorists using their entrance as a drop-off zone with dangerous reversing and unsafe maneuvers witnessed and traffic blockages caused for their staff.  We realise that the road is very busy at drop-off time and urge you to drive carefully and mindful of others particularly pedestrians and cyclists.

Thanks to everyone for a needed and appreciated voluntary contributions.

Autumn Fair

The Autumn Fair committee is still on the look-out for prizes for our big raffle. No item too big or too small! The raffle is a vital part of the Autumn Fair, so if you own, run or help out in a business that could provide a prize, please email Trish O’Meara [email protected]. Don’t forget to like the PTA Facebook page to help spread the word! @GETNSAutumnFair (see attached).

All donations for the fair are greatly appreciated. However if you can wait until the middle of next week to drop them into the school that would be really helpful. We have a Fire Safety inspection on Monday.

The Arts & Crafts stall are looking for donations such as Christmas decorations/cards, knitted items and all things crafty. Please contact Alessandra at [email protected] for further details.
