What to do if you have Symptoms of COVID-19 (age 4 – 39yrs)

INFORMATION
As you are aware we are working hard to keep your children safe at school. You can do your part by following the current HSE guidelines and knowing what symptoms to watch out for. Please click here for the most up to date information from the HSE.
When to keep your child at home:
Do not send your child to school or childcare if any of the following apply.
- a fever (high temperature – 38 degrees Celsius or above) – including having chills
- a new cough – this can be any kind of cough, not just dry
- shortness of breath or breathing difficulties
- loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
- blocked nose
- nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea
- aches and pains or tiredness
- sore throat
- headache

If your child is unwell please keep them at home, and fill in the Return To School declaration on Aladdin when they are returning to school free of symptoms.
