As part of our learning in October, 2nd class focused on what life was like in the past. As part of this, they brought artefacts from the past to school to share with the class.

Some of these fascinating artefacts included a soldiers’ helmet, a midwife’s medical supply kit, a type writer and an instrument that was used to put nose rings on pigs!

Some children chose to learn about a game that was played in the past and they had great fun teaching the game to everyone! Students also researched what life was like 100 years ago & we all learnt lots of interesting facts about how different life was!

The children had great fun presenting their artefacts and projects in their Halloween costumes!
