4th class have had a fabulous year with so many great memories, experiences and achievements. They’ve enjoyed some exciting trips: for example to see the Jeanie Johnston ship when learning about the famine, scientific workshops in the Botanic gardens recently and during Tree week and thoroughly enjoyed their visit to St Clare’s nursing home. This year their ICT skills really improved using our school IPADs to learn Irish, to play math games, to test their history knowledge or research great projects. The class had many great individual and group sporting moments, from GAA, to soccer, to Santry and at recent chess tournaments. I will be sad to say goodbye to this class of bright, enthusiastic, respectful and kind students. But I wish them all the best in 5th class. See some lovely photos of our learning this year attached.
