Wellbeing

We hope children are enjoying our wellbeing activities and hopefully some of you will continue with to build gratitude practices & mindful minutes into your day. Our Wellbeing focus for the next two weeks is Affirmations. Affirmations teach us to speak to ourselves with kindness. Affirmations are a great reminder to our kids they are loved, special and unique in their own way. Please find some nice Affirmation exercises to try out on our Wellbeing page.
